1.1 We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
1.2 If a pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, the order may be cancelled and the customer will be informed.
1.3 International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
2.1 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2 Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2.3 During high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified in case of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within India.
3.2 Express or priority shipping (if available) may have an additional cost shown at checkout.
4. Delivery Time
4.1 Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days for metro cities.
4.2 For remote or non-metro locations, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days.
4.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
5.2 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but not received, contact us at cartfireindia@gmail.com.
6.2 We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Address Information
7.1 Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
