1. Returns

You may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
-Unused and unopened.
-In original condition and original packaging.
-Free from tampering or damage.

1.3 Damaged / Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will offer a replacement or full refund.

2. Refunds
2.1 Approval Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

2.2 Refund Timeline
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Charges
-Shipping fees (if any for express services) are non-refundable.
-COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
3.1 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Item
Exchanges are only applicable for damaged / defective items reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

3.3 Processing Time
Once approved, replacement orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellations
4.1 Before Order is Shipped
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

4.2 After Order is Shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may proceed with a return after delivery (if eligible under return rules).

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
-Opened or used products.
-Items damaged due to customer misuse.
-Free gifts or promotional items.
