Refund Policy
We want you to love every Seoul Ceuticals product you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we have designed a clear and simple refund and return process.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Please retain your invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions for sending the product back to our India returns facility. Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
In case of an exchange, a replacement product will be dispatched promptly. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that sale items, gift cards, or promotional products may not be eligible for refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
